I can’t eat Gluten, so TJ’s Almond Meal is a staple in our house. I use it in place of breadcrumbs for meatloaf. My family loves it.
I love Trader Joe’s almond flour, I have mainly used it for gluten free breads and pancakes and it tastes wonderful, plus it’s so much healthier than regular flours and It’s helpful if your allergic to wheat, which I am.
